Does all that "eat so & so to make it taste better" really make a huge difference?
I mean, I've read that a lot of protein and various starchy foods and some veggies make it taste like ass, which sounds logical. So what types of foods really help to make it taste OK? Of course, this assumes you KNOW from EXPERIENCE that a certain food or supplement works.
Also, how long before nutting should you consume it? 30 mins? 2 hrs? What has experience proven for any of you?
