critique routine please

My routine cosists of:
Mon: chest
tues: back
wed: legs
Thurs: arms
fri: shoulders
sat: off
sun: repeat
I also do abs everyday and calves everyother. I usually go from station to station in kind of a curcuit style with little to no rest. Back days i get dizzy a bit from the intensity, but i like it. my diet is high protein with moderate carbs and moderate fat. Im sore all the time and im not seeing really great results. Ive been lifting for about six years hard, ten overall, is it possible that i reached my genetic potential and have to turn to steroids for results?
 
i would try

monday( chest, tri , shoulders )

tue- off or cardio

wed( back, bi )

thurs - off or cardio

fri- legs

sat- off or cardio if you want

sun - off or cardio
 
your routine depends upon what you want. if you are trying to lean out, stay on something like this, but if bulking up is your goal, i would try a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off routine, letting your body get plenty of rest. Also put your reps at around 7-9 for more growth
