dude, I'm just like you! for me it was all about getting my calories up to about 2200 to 2500 5'11'' 225 down from 240 i actually got fatter eating only 1800 cal. a day! If i were you and it sounds like we are alike in metabolism, cardio 3 x a week medium intensity for 15 min eat 5x a day small meals tons of protein cut all carbs after 5:00 or 3-4 hours before bed with an average weight training schedual expect to drop about 2-3 pds a week of fat! i know it takes a while but we dont gain fat overnight so we wont lose it overnight! trust me this works i originally went from 300 to 201 in 7 mths doing this !
