Hey all so been bulking started my cycle with dbol lgd and sus250 and adding gw soon to start cutting fat. Im 6"2 around 214lbs 13%bf. Im looking now to hold onto my size and shred off a bit of fat. Here is an example of what ive started doing last couple days.
Meal 1- 1cup oats 2 scoops protein powder
Meal 2- 350g tuna 2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 3- 300g chicken breast 1cup brussel sprouts and 1 cup of cooked brown rice
Meal 4- 2 hard boiled eggs and protein shake with 1 cup oats
Meal 5- 300g kangaroo meat abd 2 cups of broccoli
gym- bcaas and post workout shake
Meal 6- 1cup greek yoghurt and scoop of protein
