Ok, thats cool. I found my tendons couldn't keep up with my ham muscles and I got injured from the curls myself. I do the glute machine that works the hams out also so it seems to be enough for me along with deads and squats.

my gym has this, lying hamstring curl machine, you lay on your stomach and put your legs under the pads and curl the weight to your ass is that what you mean?
