After screwing around for a while and eating a lower calorie diet, I am now fairly lean, 6' 167 lbs, and 35 years old.
I now want to focus on some lean mass for 3-5 months. Below is what I have planned, please critique and remember, I used to weigh 280 lbs about 7 years ago, so needless to say, I am and endo.
The only supps I will be taking are Animal Pack vitamins (1 time daily),L-Carnitine (once daily), and R-ALA (3 times daily)
Since I am an Endo, I do like to clear the body/head every morning with a 20 minute or so empty stomach walk/jog (3-5 times a week)
1- 1 1/2 cups oats
8 egg whites
1 cup fat free natural yogurt
2- 7 oz. chicken
1 TBS. safflower oil
green beans
3- 3/4 cup basmatti rice
7 oz. chicken
WORKOUT
4- (PWO) 1 scoop whey/8 oz. skim milk/banana/strawberries
5- (PPWO 1 hour later)

6- 7 oz. chicken
