Im sure you can all relate that tuna gets very sickening when you eat several cans every day. I just wanted to start a thread so everyone can give ideas to make tuna easier to eat without having a gag reflex like I have had lately. I have had to resort to putting it in the blender with a little lemon juice and water and guzzling it!! Sometimes I put a little B-B-Q sauce on it or a little fat free 1000 island on it to kill the fish taste.

I can not take credit for this...credit goes to someone on the board, and Taco Bell...

Can of Tuna
packets of Taco Bell Fire Sauce

wuha!:fro:

Try mixing a can of tuna with mustard but not in a blender just with a fork or so add some lettuce and wrap it in a whole wheat wrap, it tastes pretty good.

screw canned tuna. eat chicken, steak, seafood any meats or protein powder. why do people use canned tuna so much? is it because it reminds them of the vagina they are hoping to get when they get muscles?

I am broke. I can't always buy steaks and I save the powder for post workout, I have to rely on my sugarmomma girlfriend to get me red meat. Tuna is cheap and is a great source of protein.

i live on steak and turkey breast, either have like 5 huge turkey breast sandwiches a day or just have 3 giant steaks, or both mmmmm
my mom buys me 2 pounds of turkey breast every other day, along with steaks.
I'd say my mom spends about 20-30$ on meat every other day just for me LoL

tuna w/ salsa, tuna w/ mustard, tuna w/ melted cheese, tuna w/ hard boiled eggs & Udo's oil in a tomato.. hard to get around it- tuna just gets boring. I'm getting boneless, skinless chicken @ $1.79/lb- cheap & lots more variations

and what is wrong with vagina, yeah tuna does remind me of that smell, but take some tuna drain it and wash it several times to get rid of the salt, then put in blender with diet coke, it is pretty damm good,

try it with balsamic vinegar
It's not bad, and Flex mag a few mnth ago reported
vinegar may have
some small thermogenic props

Canned tuna in springwater (not brine)
+
Canned sweetcorn (with no added salt or sugar)
+
some type of chili sauce

Mix together and it's pretty good IMO. :)

Tuna and chunky salsa

Tuna with Spicey Thai Peanut Sauce

Tuna, lemon juice, little fat free sour cream, and dill weed

Tuna...and a shit load of black pepper....wuha:fro:

well, i've been eating tuna with a dab of mayo, and some relish and i love it. Can't get enough of it. Although im sure i will one day. Then i'll have to resort to some of your ideas.

this one sounds a lil' off,but i like it...

1 can tuna
2.5 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
1.25 tbsp low fat mayo
1.5 cup grapes
4 melba toast

mix together in a bowl and voila...i hate tuna because of yrs of abuse...but the ingredients that i mix in there mask the taste...EXCELLENT AND GOOD FOR YA!:fro:

What's persil?

Here in the UK it is a brand of washing powder! :)

Tuna is good with some herbs and pepper mixed, then dice up tomatoes and a little lemon juice...refreshing!!!

Or fry it up in a pan with a little virgin olive oil, some garlic and mix it in some brown rice afterwards...MMMM light and tasty!!

Washing powder really does spice up that tuna! Talk about masking the taste! LMAO!!!
Actually, "persil" is french for parsley....I'm assuming that's what blood_drinker meant!

That makes a lot more sense than washing powder. :D

I like this, doesn't take much effort either:

- Tuna Loaf -

1 can of tuna
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup of crushed saltine (sp?) crackers

Mix all together and put in the oven for 30 or so minutes at 350. it sounds weird, but tastes pretty good.

1 can Tuna
8 oz. Routini ( Orange, green, yellow pasta)
1TBSP mayo
2 Tomatoes
6oz. Broccoli
Pinch of garlic salt.

over 1,000 cals.
50g+ Protein
Shit load of carbs
Plenty of vitamins and minerals
Tastes Great-- VERY inexpensive

burgers

I never measure this, so you might have to play with the consistancy a bit...

A can of tuna, a couple tablespoons wheat germ, an egg white, shaker parm cheese, and italian seasoning...

Form into patties and grill!!!
