yeah i saw that article last night at the bookstore. Coleman looks fucking huge but soft as charmin ultra. His weight was 318. Compared to cormier he was a lot stronger as well. Repped out the 200lb dumbells on an incline and cormier couldnt touch that. Then they started shoulder pressing. Cormier was repping 315 and Ronnie was repping 405. Ronnie is the shit. A possible Interluekin-15...the same shit that greg zulak swears by.
