why am i having these so bad! i fought it 4 the last 2 days and i just gave in and had a glass about ten min before im supposed to be in bed

Hit up some diet coke or Coke Zero.

I drink diet soda quite a bit, although I didn't when I initially lost 80 pounds I only drank water.

Once your at a point where you can lose weight a bit, or gain muscle a bit, I feel you can drink all the diet soda you want.

Yea if u absolutely have to have it, then go diet and only drink it for those cravings every few days. I just saw a show on how carbonation can really rot your bones and other things. i havent had a glass of pop in over 2 months. Yea i do miss it, but bottled water and sometimes i throw in the crystal light to go packs and im alright.

It will take awhole to get the want for pop out of your system. I craved and craved pop and gave in every 3-4 days to have one, treated myself.

Then one week I got fed up with giving into it, I just drank water for a week and a half straight and then I had a pop, I felt like absolute crud. It is now to the point when I go out if I can get water I do, I don't get water if they try to sell it to me in bottles.

It takes awhile to get the cravings out of your system. But trust me, you will feel better once you cut it out, just have to be able to will yourself through it. It takes a few times. When I tried to cut pop out of my diet before I'd get headaches within 3 days.
