Coan-Phillipi DL Routine, Need Experienced Help

So this was my second week of the Coan-Phillipi routine, once again I was only able to complete two sets of the circuit.

Here are my relevant stats:
Max entered into program- 485
Desired Max- 520
Bodyweight- 200

My real max that I got a few weeks ago is 500 however. So I gave myself some wiggle room

First Impression: Is this an effin crossfit routine? Seriously, I am good shape, an intermediate level lifter, trust me. I feel like I am in a cardio session by the time I get to the circuit portion of the routine. Maybe I am using too much weight, here is what I did an hour ago for an example

Deadlift:
415x2

Speed Deadlift (90 sec rest):
8x3x340

Circuit Portion (90 sex between exercise, 3 min between circuits)
SLDL: 265,265
BB Row: 165,165
Underhand Lat Pull Down: idk
Good Morning: 215, 205

By the time I am done with speed deadflifts I feel like in terms of back work I am beating a dead dog. The circuit seems like so much more volume in addition to the heavy and speed DL, am I using too much weight on these?

Like I feel as if I am doing crossfit and not a strength routine, I am sweating buckets by the end and am breathing heavily.

Another thing, it says 90 sec between exercises on the circuit. I only have access to a single power rack at a time, so I cant take up multiple bars to set up the circuit exercises. So after every set I need to mess with the weights, by the time I get my weights set for the next exercises it has already been 60 seconds. I would hardly call this 60 second rest as moving the 45 plates from a bar on the ground requires some pulling. It is just non stop movement.

I know I sound like a total puss, I just want some opinions on if I am doing this routine right? Or am I supposed to feel this way during the workout? Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

you could try to simplify things... ive been there, and it was a bitch moving plates, so what i did was take just the 45's off from sldl to row, and then did my GM's with the same row weight... without looking in my log, i would say a moderately hard workout would be:
SLDL 315
BB row 225
pull down... or even pullups if they are all taken
GM 225
then you really just have to put on two plates and you are back... i suppose this would depend on how relative your lifts are... my SLDL is pretty damn close to my deadlift, so imo i went a little on the lighter side of these so i could get to my row's faster...
idk, because of my job, lifting at a fast pace and moving quickly for 70+ hours a week has me very well conditioned- but this is one routine that really got me sweaty and breathing hard... its supposed to kick your ass...
towards the last few weeks the volume on these drops a bit (but not until after you have to add in the power shrugs hehe  )...this will help as you start to make PR's... also make sure youve left some room to grow with on the assistance exercises...
honestly though... like the smolov routine... im not even sure if these were designed for someone training natty... if you feel you are becoming overtrained, by all means cut back a bit... not on the deads or shrugs, but the circuit work... it is OK to feel exhausted at the end of the workout, but not 7 days later while you are about to go at it again...
