hey, i was just wonderin if ya'll girls could help me out. i've got some female friends that walk and lightly work out bout 3 times a week. there all bout 120to 140lbs and would like to lose a size or 2 and bout 15lbs. would clen by it self be good and if so bout how much should they take per?? , if not what kind of supplement would you recommend? thanks very much ladies.
