Anyone done a 3-5 day cleanse to give your digestion a break if you're fat loss is slowed/stopped? I'm contemplating giving it a try this week.
My idea: fruit and whey juice in AM, Veggie juices through PM and maybe poached fish for dinner, with steamed veggies. Fish oils as my fat. Psyllium husks increased throughout the week. I've heard of dandelion root...don't know much about this. Macros will be heavier on carbs I assume, but from fruit and veggies.
I will probably mention this in my log...but wanted to throw it out there as a new thread/separate topic if anyone has found this successful.
