Met an interesting fellow the other day working out. He looked like he was on an Arnold cycle. I asked to caht with him when he was finished. After watching him pull a 20 rep squat with 8 second negativesI almost puked myslef. After he settled down I caught up with him outside by his truck. I asked him to fill me in on his diet and health. He told me this.
He is 5'11", 236 pounds, all natural. He runs a CKD for 6-8weeks with one HUGE carb up on Sunday (he said 10k calories for 12 hours). 2800 keto calories thorugh the week with cardio every morning and 2-3 times at night (hiit). Then he will go 1 full week with about 3200 calories with no cardio and 2 lifting sessions with a food ration of 60 p/30 c/ 10 f. After that induction bulk phase (he called it), he sticks to the 60/30/10 plan and eats 6000 calories for 5-7 weeks while doing a full body routine m/w/f. He does hitt cardio for 15 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday. he then goes to 4000 calories of 60/30/10 for 2 weeks or so then right back into ckd for 6-8 weeks. He is currently making me a plan on excel based on my stats. He was going on about spinning my wheels for years and only gaining 4 pounds a year. He said to get the natural GH going. He said it is like roids. You have to shock your body. Does anyone here know of a plan like this. I am really interested in this. I am ready for a 10 week bulk but this deal sounds awesome if I cann get results. he also said that your body takes 4-8 weeks (depending on the person) to figure out what is going and and start adding tons of fat during the mass phase. He also eats very clean, oats, yams and basmatti rice are the only carbs he gets. PWO he has 100 G of smarties candy. The only supps he said he uses was creatine,glutamine,zma at night. He said he has been doing this for 16 months and his weight in March of 2003 was 197. I am telling you this guy is unreal. He did not say but his bf% looks to be around 13-15, he is in his 4th week of 6000 calories. ANy comments on this routine or diet.
