You're starting to sound like me and my "three skittles"! lol Nelm's gave me shyt for a couple of weeks about that!! :lmao:

Lookin' good, ck!!!!

A couple of weeks! Kay today was three grapes, hee hee.

Hubby and the treadmill come home today, yahoo. :)

Will be going to the gym today but later, my daughter woke up so conjested last night, off to the doctor we go this morning. Now it is just finding one where we live. Not much sleep both girls were in my bed, daughter up all night and my son had a nightmare last night and was sleeping on our bedroom floor.

Still legs/abs today!

Keep up the good work. You are going to reach your goals. Just remember once you reach them you'll set new ones. That's just the way we are. :)

Thanks you guys, baby is going to be ok, just a really bad, bad cold. Snot everywhere! So excited about tonight, hee hee. I am excited about doing the new ab exercise, hee hee, yeah I know I am a dork!

alright the new treadmill rocks burned 500 calories ran 3.0 miles and walked at an incline of 10 (that is all it goes up too). It has built in fans, also a place to put a fufu aromatherapy thingy (not sure what it is) :)

Did the abs, not feeling it in the tummy area, as much as the back (but will try again in two day (thanks bunny for the suggestions  )

I ROCKED at the gym tonight my legs are burning.

You're so cute ... :) Rememeber YOU are your own best test subject..try out different things to see what works for you & more importantly ... this is a marathon, NOT a sprint ... for 2 months SLOW & steady then BAM ... things just start happening, changes, adjustments made, diet tweaked, weight fell off...

Stay positive ... & :) :rose:

The worst is my calves, I have to make sure I do them last cause last time I did them first and tried to do my shoulders and my whole body was shaking. Oh yeah I almost forgot, they showed me a new ab exercise where you roll down on a barbell, I fell flat on my face! I never laughed so hard, and so did every body else, thank god it wasn't on the first try though it was on the last my arms gave out! :)

Work out ROCKED again, and got in a little fake n' bake. I love it. the weather here suuuucks, so many plans didn't happen because of it, oh well there is always tomorrow!

I always use self tanners, I am really starting to hate them. the streaks and especially the ones that give you a bronzing before on your skin. You get them wet and they drip. I am happy that this gym has tanning otherwise I couldn't/wouldn't make the time to go to a tanning salon.

Fly - it's a sight now! haha... there's a visual for you! hee hee

alright, I couldn't completely finish my reps today, wrist and forarms are killing me, even with the wrist supports so I did reps of 12 and 8. It is slowly getting worse but only on bi and tri day. I am trying so hard to keep the form right, that is the only thing I can think of that I am doing wrong, I DON"T KNOW and it pissed me off today. But oh well at least I finished and my cardio rocked so all in all not bad.

....and I look like a meat head when I run so I am going to run at home from now on. I sweat more than anybody I see and I feel like everybody is looking at me like I am a freak!

Yeah, yeah, I know I am one! :)

Mmm. I'm having a similar problem with bis, not tris so much, getting worse as I increase weight. I also find it on DB press - my chest has the strength but my wrists give way. Are your weights heavy, could that be it? A bit like losing grip on a deadlift or pulldown?

Glad you only had 7 almonds  LOL

I used to be able to DB 20 pounds and now I am down to almost 10, the pain goes down the outside of my arm down my forearm, especially when bending. :worried:

Sorry to hear about the pain in your arm sweetie :( But workout still lookin kick @$$ ;) Way to keep count of those almonds :lmao:

Go OILERS GO!!!! I LOVE IT but close call tonight, too close :worried: I love watching the games, especially since we are soooo close reminds me of when I was a kid and the oilers actually won the stanley cup.

Yeah I haven't seen that streaky stuff with this one. I put it on every morning!!! When I used the body self tanners I mixed just a bit of regular lotion in them on top of it and they seemed to go on smoother.

I am woman hear me ROAR!

Yah baby, I went and bought two shelving units, two mastercraft worktables, and a neat sports bin thingy and built them myself (surprize for hubby for father's day). It only took me 8 hours but it was a blast, my girls helped me. Tomorrow a garage door opener, a tool bin and whatever other manly stuff I can find for the garage.

He will never leave it once it is all done.

Thinking of getting a disco ball for it too, hee hee.

Those garage door opener installations work better with a friend... You can manage it on your own it just takes longer.

LMAO, I had to go look up "Humina" in the urban dictionary (thanks sarge). Is there one for cave woman!

You know your old when you go to a tanning salon and say that you will tan for 1/2 hour. I didn't realize the beds were so strong now. The girl looked at me like I was insane. Must get with the times! hee hee

This is a MUST for any man's garage. You can get it at like home depot but it looks like a wheel bound with extension cord and it has a light at the end of it. Hang that in the middle of the ceiling and he's all set! :p

Depends on how much money you want to spend.

Possibilities:
2 Drop Lights (1 is never enough)
Heavy duty Extension cord(s) with cord keeper
Creeper (rolling thing to lay on while working under the hood)
ramps w/chock blocks
floor jack
*Gift card to the local auto or home improvement store

I have my own:
truck
garage
tools
tablesaw
scroll saw
bench grinder
skillsaw
jigsaw
drill
RTX (it's like a dremel)
titanium drill bits set
mouse sander
palm sander
wet/dry shop vac
rolling tool chest
This list would be really long so I'll just say "and various other accoutrements." ;)

Lets just say, skies the limit, I am getting all Aries suggestions and yours Que!
oh yeah, and the disco ball, just cause, hee hee
I LOVE IT!

You guys rock. I have all the wood working tools, kinda a carpenter on the side.

But the lights and the car ideas ROCK!

Thank you guys very much

You must spread somemore K before giving it to aries and que again

That was me! He is spoiling me rotten, hmmmm, should I be worried, no, he'd never do anything wrong, he'd have to pay to much child support. hee hee.

One thing I know for sure, I love my honey, not for all he does (which is a lot) but for the way he treats me! That is why I want to spoil him for father's day.

We actually don't usually buy each other anything, heck we don't even celebrate our anniversary. To tell you the truth, we always have to ask our kids how long we have been married for and what day we got married on! But that is just us, it works, I would rather have the spontaneous surprizes than the prerequiste day gifts. (but they aren't bad either :) )

I know, I guess I wasn't only apologizing to you but to myself! Iam actually allowed a Cheat DAY, and I haven't had a day in a long time, usually just a meal so I don't feel quite so bad now.

Oh I know.. beer, hot wings, nachoes, a ukranian dish called nylyshnica (not sure of spelling) and when I say dish I mean the whole tray it is a crepe filled with cheese topped off with sour cream:) , about 6 oreo cookies, jelly beans, roast beef with gravy, strawberries with whip cream.... and that concluded my cheat day. :) that was on saturday evening, sunday during the day. but never, ever again I was really, really sick and really really tired.

It is amazing how good you feel when you eat healthy. Been drinking a lot of water!
