Ate way better today, and it was my day off. Drank a lot of water but still have a little tummy ache, to be expected I guess. Tonight is the first night we took my daughters sucky away. She is still up and my other daughter is downstairs :rolleyes: got the soft music going but man is she mad, she just keeps on screaming "SUCKY, PLEASE SUCKY" I know she will eventually fall asleep, I am not giving in! but I feel soooo bad, but my other daughter went through it and she is fine. They go to the gym daycare tomorrow, they are going to be so tired!

None of my nieces or nephews had an issue with throwing their's away themselves.

Well, she finally went to sleep around 11:00 am and got up at 6:30, but she is in a good mood so far. I just hope I don't run into any kids with sucky's at the daycare.

We stayed strong and my other daughter fell asleep on the couch and then we put her to bed and that is when my younger one decided to only scream out "sucky" every ten minutes but when we went to sleep so did she. I had nightmares all f&*(&^ night long so sleep sucked to! I think it is mommy guilt.

We are pretty sure both the girls will need braces I had them for 6 years! and you can already start seeing that they will, UGGG!

I am going to find all the other sucky's today and throw them away so we aren't tempted! It is kinda like quitting smoking, poor girl! next is potty training. thank goodness this is my last one!
 
WOW! Lots of mommy-type-stuff to do! Good luck with getting rid of the pacifier for good. I hate those things! Even if it's not for the sake of her teeth, she won't have kids calling her a baby when she's old and still sucking it. Kids can be cruel!

I hope you have a good one! Are you feeling mega-tired today?
 
Well, you may have a little "mommy guilt" but as the saying goes.....it's for the best! My mom took my bottle away from me on my 1st b-day and I never even had a pacifier. Maybe that's why I'm such a bitch!!! lol .... j/k - maybe.....:lmao:

well, so much for an afternoon nap, oh well they will be going to bed early tonight I HOPE, arrrrr. My older daughter found two more sucky's and my younger one grabed them, but I said "give me those sucky's" and she did, hmmm, I love it when they listen, I love it even more when they have their afternoon naps cause they are not cranky in the evening, but oh well, three more days, I HOPE!

Trust me, no cookies for this girl, at least for a long long while. Too many, many, many bad things this weekend! Been eating good since Monday, all I have to do is think about this weekend, or look at my stomach and my legs LOL! and the cookies will be stomped on!
 
All right, so I talked to a different trainer. I told her my program right now. 1800 cals on workout days,1200 on non 45C/35P/20F/supersetting...blah, blah, blah. She told me I wasn't eating enough! She said it should be more 60% carbs!

I see her next thursday, getting the BF tested and she said I am borderline and it may not be realistic to compete in October. But she did say she'd have to see me, test me and all that to determine. ARRRRR I am hoping all goes well.

Thanks, Just pissed off I didn't get a new trainer, like..... last month, I know it is what it is, can only look back and change things that need to be changed for the better!

Well my BF was 24.6 in march, all I can say it had better of gone down since then, and hopefully not up! I don't care even if it is 1%, all this hard work better had not been for nothing or I will be asking for my money back from my other trainer!

More carbs? Ask her why she would suggest more carbs? Does she plan on having you put on muscle between now and then? Or does she plan on starting you right off with a cutting cycle??? What's her thought process is what I would ask...
 
WTF is up with these trainers and their 60% carbs lately?!??!? Keep us posted.
 
I am going to ask her EVERYTHING, you gals/guys have been so helpful to me in order now to ask the right questions! :heart: I am soo much more smarter than Iwas in march and all the credit is because of the people on here! :heart:

Good luck with your meeting with your trainer and let us know what she says. I always take everything that mine say with a grain of salt and check back in here to confirm or deny.
 
I have heard a pacifier called a "sucky, bingy, soo soo, and a plug" I am such a mommy. But we only had that what I wouldn't really call a rough night, could of been worse and everything is AWESOME, she only asks for it once and a while, but last night and today(nap) no problems, now heres hoping potty training will be as easy! :)

oh and my workout rocked. 10min/100cals burned on the jacobs ladder at the gym. never tried it before, but it was awesome, my goal is to get to 1/2 hour on the darn thing. Then walked up hill for 3k with both girls in a double stroller, may get more in tonight we shall see.

Just spent 1 hour filling out forms the trainer sent to me!
 
so I went tanning today for a whole 8 minutes and I FRIED MY BEHIND! It is so sore I can hardly sit on it. I also fried my back and my chest, ARRRRR.

Thanks, I have 4 kids, three of them came from me. But I unfortunately can say I gained baby fat from my step son due to stress, been with my husband since my stepson was a baby, but its all good now!

I don't refer to him as my stepson, he is my son, always was and always will be! I just have to call him that when I go into explaination about my kids (he calls me by my first name).... anyway now that everybody knows my life story :)

The stomach still has a ways to go but it will get there, my legs finally are! yahoo! thanks again!

RE: the 60% carbs -- I think this comes from that wonderful Food Pyramid thing. Personally I just don't know where they get that from, but it sort of scares me. Make sure you MAKE this trainer explain things that don't make sense to you & get an idea what her background is. I see a HYUGE split in the typical approach between decent fitness trainers & those who are more the "mainstream".

Excellent advice. The whole 60 thing scared me when she told me. I told her that carbs are my enemy. I have any pasta, cheese, beer and I literally gain 5 pounds in one day. Now if it is for bulking, i don't know?

So far I know she came in 8th place two years ago, she comes highly recommended by a lot of people I have talked to. I even phoned another trainer first and they gave me her name cause they never trained anybody for competitions. She told me she has a very natural approach to things?? As well, apparantely, a lot of people have one their comps under her. Not that I expect to win, but everybody dreams. I guess all will be revealed on thursday!

Thanks for the comps about my waist, I hide the rest of it under the belly button :rolleyes: 4, I mean 3 kids, it ain't that pretty LOL! I would be the best candidate for extreme tummy tuck make overs! HEE HEE

Thank you, I was actually 210 pounds by the time I calved.... with all three! Can you say water retention and eating for 2, or make that 3, nah, 4 or 5. LOL!

Going to the town Rodeo with the kids (yee haw)! and it is beautiful weather, not tooo hot and not too cold. I LOVE IT!
 
Yesterday was one of those days you never want to forget! Took the kids to the rodeo, and the fair. Bought myself and them cowboy hats and of course had to take pictures. My son loved the rodeo, we are going to another one in two weeks. We are going to become rodeo roadies this summer LOL. :) My oldest daughter has become a dare devil and wanted to go on ALL the rides and my youngest finally went on one at the end. Then they all one prizes and my daughter one the biggest one there! It is bigger than she is! back at it today, going to go hard at the gym!

A donkey show??? what the heck is that? My son loved it, my daughter was upset they were tying the cows down. but then these girls dressed up as spiderman did dare devil tricks on the horses and she was happy again.

Kick ass workout, I love it, more cardio tonight I hope, did not make the 600 cals more like 100 today but I sweat so much doing my legs, I wonder how many cals I burned there?

I remember a little bunny telling me once, not to over do things, give your body the rest it needs! Especially, you don't want to be injured even more. :qt:

I know I don't have to tell you.....But I am going to anyway! That you are a strong, supportive, wonderful person and that when it does come time for you to Kick some more Ass you will be back, and be back stronger and better than ever! Absence make the heart grow fonder! :heart:

just came back from the zoo pushing a double stroller with my two girls for 4 1/2 hours was my cardio for the day. Had a double cherry cheescake ice cream cone with a waffle cone but how could I not I was at the zoo! :)

Yes, things could not be better! (knocking on wood/pretty superstious) The move we made was the best thing we could of ever done for our family. I literally want time to stand still, especially where my kids are concerned. I don't want them to lose their innocence or have to worry about the things grown ups do. But I know can't stop time can only enjoy the moments we have, and we definitly are! :)

What is proactiv? Got my ".", didn't drink enough water last week, and stressing, NEVER LOL!

I know those are all the reasons why but it has never been THIS bad! and it doesn't seem to be stopping, new ones popping up literally everyday! Good excuse for a facial I suppose, hee hee!

There ya go.. Proactiv is big here for skin acne. A lot of people love it, some don't like the drying affects... but it always works when mine starts going nut!

Oh, I have some strong stuff and it is working, however they just keep on coming!
 
I realized that whenever I cut my water intake my face and back break out. I up the water and one week later---perfect skin :)

By the way, proactiv did nothing for me other than waste my $$$ :p

To be totally honest,

I stopped drinking so much water lately cause I have had so many things to do and when your out with four kids by yourself, going to the bathroom every five minutes gets really annoying and is really hard to do. I know it is not a good excuse but its the truth. I am sure when I get my BF% tested tomorrow, I will be wishing I had drank the water :worried:

No biggie...theres always today and tomorrow. SOme people get away with it..I sure as hell dont. If I drink a lot of water...I jiggle and look like a blow fish. If I dont.... I look like I have a pizza on my face. I just cant win with this body of mine!

How are the kiddies??? No pacifier still?

So should I drink the water for the test tomorrow or should I not? Which is the better? Can you tell I am getting desperate, my BF% was 24.2 in march, I am just praying that it went down. It was tested using machines last time and this time it will be with the calipers, so it should be interesting.

The sucky is gone! Yahoo, she is taking it very well. still having minor glitches with the bedtime routine but it is 100% better than it was before. My daughters b-day is on saturday and the poor thing got her blanky stuck at the bottom of the door, she was trying to pull it out and the door smucked her face. She has the biggest fat lip I have ever seen. Of course we had to take pics.

Now it is potty training time, but I am sad cause this is the last one!

SORRY i took forever to read this. I didnt see it...darn it. I would say DONT drink the higher amount of water till after the BF test. I dont know 100% if it has anything to do with it but Im guessing it does. I get very jiggly (as I mentioned) which could make the skinfolds inaccurate. But as soon as you are done with the BF test, start drinking that water. Maybe the last baby can potty train with momy ...lol ALL day! hehe. Im sorry about your daughter's lip. WOW, that mustve been a BAD one.

Let me know how the skin is in about a week...start drinking WATER!!! :heart:

thanks you! I don't need to be jiggling anymore than I am! hee hee.

I was thinking the same with my youngest but then she would be always going every five minutes and I don't which would be worse! :)
