At first I posted that I didn't work out, but my hubby kicked my butt and I kicked my own and I did it, yahoo! It was at home but I did

supersets of 4 sets of 20

walking lunges
step ups

two DB squats
hamstring pull backs with swiss ball (don't know the tech. name)

one DB squats
kick backs

now for cardio but no DVD or VCR hooked up or curtains in house yet, now I think I will kick my hubbies butt! (maybe that will be my cardio, hee hee)

did it with the water too and I ate awesome today!

Tooting my own horn :)

I am taking my daughters to a mommy/daughter/playschool/preschool dancing thingy. I think I am more excited then they are! But it is fixed, except the stereo :rolleyes: but that will come next. and it is my youngest daughters 2nd b-day on saturday. Getting a pretty pink tricycle. :)

I wish it was in the morning, but no it was last night. I have tried several times to do cardio in the morning. It will never happen for me. I do it always late at night when my kids are in bed.

I had my last one at 29. I love them, I guess that is why I four. But there are days.... I do give much credit to my hubby, he is right there with them for everything when he is in town. My girls are complete Daddy's girls.

Thanks, I took a running class after my last kid and I actually completed an 8k, came in dead last, but I completed it. Ever since then, I am addicted, and it does get easier. Why with your legs, too big? I heard somewhere that lifting weights helps running??

When i was a junior my coach burned me out, and made me play with shin splints ( Tournament in Florida so i couldnt punk up)

Came home w/ severe shin splints. Not even shin splits, it was shin splints on top of my calf muslce pushing against the bone, blah blah. Just a really really bad case w/ other complications.

So when i run i feel very tight down there like they are swollen.

Sound funny but a really, really good pair of runners might make it a little better? It sounds really painful.
 
I didnt know u were gonna compete also!!! GREAT NEWS now its time to really whip into shape. You have plenty of time so you should be fine! Place #1 for me please =]

Never hid it, it was on my very first post, way way way back! :) It was just so far away, now it seems to be creeping up!

Alright, pictures today to show what I look like before I start a new program!

No workout today, but still no alcohol on Day 5. My hubby got a babysitter and is taking me out for a night on the town!

I found this nestle flavored water with 0 calories and it is awesome!

thanks, and we sure did. Went and saw MI! it was awesome. Also tried out a new restaurant, can't remember the name but it was meditarrian fusion, and that was awesome as well. Cheated a little, we shared a rasberry, lemon merigane piece of pie, mmmmmmm. :chomp:

yeah, the whole am cardio, I doubt will ever happen! By the time we get to sleep, I would have to get up at 4am just to get it done because of the kids. I have tried it before and yeah, NO! I get sick everytime.

Thanks, you know you need to go grocery shopping when your kids are having tuna and marshmellows for a morning snack! LMAO, they are loving it though, who knew they would like tuna!

Thanks everybody! I feel great cause I am sore, yes I am sick in the head (literally, ha ha) :) nope it feels wonderful to be back in the game. Now to see how my girls will react to the new daycare, especially when they can see me. But I think they will fine, a break away from mom will do them good.

This place even has tanning beds, but I won't waste the daycare on that, I will wait till hubby comes back in town to get away.

Busy day, but I love it. Even with no sleep I seem to have new found energy, hmmmmm I don't know could it be going to the gym again :)

A new ab excercise that i recently found and love is the cable machine, set it on the lowest knotch. Place ancle things on your feet if your gym has them, and lay on a bench, then pull your knees to your stomach. This has killed my lower abs. Just another excercise to throw in your arsenal!
