Spent another day at the beach, it was fun especially cause it wasn't too hot, waterpark tomorrow now.

Abs tonight, and that is about it. The waterpark is HUGE so I will be doing stairs all day long, so much fun, weeeee.

The guy that was supposed to phone about the jobs never did, how rude! At least have the balls to say no, he is now on holidays for 2 weeks, so one can only assume didn't get the job, but I guess you should assume nothing, blah, blah blah.

As far as eating, arrrr

I am guessing I should eat some more, but I am not very hungry, hmmmm, go from eating the enitire fridge, kids had to stay away from me, they weren't even safe LOL to not hungry at all. I am guessing I will get my hunger back tomorrow.

twist shoulder press 10-5x12
leg extension 50-5x12
squats 25-5x12
leg lifts 5x12
kick backs 5x12
bicycle 20x4
fist over head 30x4

don't know anymore ab exercises at home, I hate crunches (boring) but if somebody tells me they work just as good, I will do them, tried them on the ball and it hurts my lower back

I am going to do arms/abs tomorrow before the waterpark

Were you hyperextending your back??
I have a bad back and find it easier to do them on the ball because the surface is not as hard and forms more to the body.... Could be positioning on your part?! Just a thought.

i know it probably is positioning, but i can't seem to get it right. Are they better than the other ones i have been doing?

Why not try the ab work-out then in the Shadow Program
Bicycles and flutter kicks super setted.. You can do those at home!
