get your meat and your veggies
i tend to love pork but beef chicken shrimp or scallops work great also (lol once did all of the above)
then added tons of my fav veggies (broccoli, mushrooms,sweet potato, waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots, red onions and red peppers) for those watching carbs do not go overboard on onions and peppers
season well with peanut and seasame oil
add a tbsp of soy (can get low sodium tamari) but count that as two grams of carbs
add as much garlic, ginger and chilis as you can tolerate (the health benes of this triad is too numerous to count but it does up the meto rate a bit)
does not need to be laden with sauce the juices from the veggies will give you some moisture but if you like a thickened sauce i add a tablespoon of peanut butter towards the end and finish with a squeeze of lime juice and some cilantro(opt)
