Nope, sorry bro, not ok! Unless it's grilled and without any additives to it, i would steer clear of that.
 
just make sure it's homemade... there are a lot of places (i.e. panda express) that have premade mixtures for the sauces that have excessive sodium and HFCS in them... for some unknown ungodly reason
 
Chinese food = Fat+Sugar+Sodium (Soy sauce)+MSG

Good luck getting cut eating chinese food
I have chinese on cheat days and i look bloated for the next couple of days hahaha.. even if i go low carb (must be the sodium)
 
If I eat chinese food (something I don't liek all that much), I ask for it without MSG, I try to get the most meat (the most easier to prepare breast meat-- because they use fatty cuts disguised in sauce otherwise), and steamed vegetables. Teriyaki chicken (although sodium loaded), is alrightas well as some chow mein/lo-mein. Besides this, Japanese food (sushi and sashimi) is better and seems "cleaner". No deep fried anything for me!
