If I eat chinese food (something I don't liek all that much), I ask for it without MSG, I try to get the most meat (the most easier to prepare breast meat-- because they use fatty cuts disguised in sauce otherwise), and steamed vegetables. Teriyaki chicken (although sodium loaded), is alrightas well as some chow mein/lo-mein. Besides this, Japanese food (sushi and sashimi) is better and seems "cleaner". No deep fried anything for me!
