Chest won't grow!!! HELP!!!!

HEY BRO I TRAIN MY CHEST ON MON, WED, AND FRI (FOR FOOTBALL MAINLY) BUT STILL I DO PROBABLY ABOUT 15-16 TOTAL SETS AND HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 2 MONTHS OR SO AND FOR ME...MY STRENGTH IS SHOT OFF THE HOOK AND MY TIGHTNESS AND SIZE HAS WENT UP ALOT. I THINK ITS JUST WHAT THE OTHERS HAVE SAID IF THAT MANY SETS DONT WORK FOR YOU THEN OVERTRAINING AS FAR AS SETS ARE CONCERNED MAYBE A PROBLEM BECAUSE WORKING OTHER BODYPARTS ALSO USE THE CHEST EVEN TO A MINIMUM BUT STILL THAT COULD PUSH YOU INTO AN "OVERTRAINED STATE" IF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE AT ALL. I JUST KNOW THAT SINCE IVE BEEN DIONG THAT FOR ME I HAVE FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS...KEEP EXPERIMENTING AND YOULL FIND SOMETHING AND THEN YOULL BLOW UP. I MAKE SURE MY TECHNIQUE IS EXCELLENT SO THAT I WILL NOT HAVE ANY EXCUSES OR "WONDERS" AS TO WHY ITS NOT WORKING. I ALSO HAVE SPOT HELP SO THAT I CAN GET THAT EXTRA MILE ENDURANCE FOR FUTURE WORKOUTS. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS JUST SOMETHING THAT IS WORKING FROM ME AND SO IM JUST SAYING YOULL FIND SOMETHING SO DONT GET DOWN AND KEEP LIFTING I MEAN YOU CANT BE STUPID OTHER WISE YOU WOULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR HELP. KEEP LIFTING HARD MAN AND GOOD LUCK...IM SURE IT WILL COME. TAKE CARE

Try H.I.T bro, it means high intensity training, It is very adaptive, Just because something works for me does not mean it will work for every one. iT IS A basic concept that you can change up to work best for you, here is a site that will help http://www.cycberpump.com They do have a tendancy to look down at steriod use like it is cheating but that does not make the training info any less true, Check it out Bro it works
 
My chest is weak in comparison to the rest of my body and wouldnt grow for awhile, but I tried a workout by shawn ray, its pretty simple basically you do five sets of 12 reps on say incline and five sets of 12 reps on flys and then maybe some dips, this made my chest blow up pretty good.
 
I have the same fucking problem , my chest just don't grow and don't get lean , my arms , delts , traps , back are amazing but I fucking hate my chest and my abs .....

I had the same problemmmmmmm.


I just do

4 sets of pushups.

4 sets of db incline press

3 sets of cbl flys......

try it, and go for the contracyion, and pump
