HEY BRO I TRAIN MY CHEST ON MON, WED, AND FRI (FOR FOOTBALL MAINLY) BUT STILL I DO PROBABLY ABOUT 15-16 TOTAL SETS AND HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 2 MONTHS OR SO AND FOR ME...MY STRENGTH IS SHOT OFF THE HOOK AND MY TIGHTNESS AND SIZE HAS WENT UP ALOT. I THINK ITS JUST WHAT THE OTHERS HAVE SAID IF THAT MANY SETS DONT WORK FOR YOU THEN OVERTRAINING AS FAR AS SETS ARE CONCERNED MAYBE A PROBLEM BECAUSE WORKING OTHER BODYPARTS ALSO USE THE CHEST EVEN TO A MINIMUM BUT STILL THAT COULD PUSH YOU INTO AN "OVERTRAINED STATE" IF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE AT ALL. I JUST KNOW THAT SINCE IVE BEEN DIONG THAT FOR ME I HAVE FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS...KEEP EXPERIMENTING AND YOULL FIND SOMETHING AND THEN YOULL BLOW UP. I MAKE SURE MY TECHNIQUE IS EXCELLENT SO THAT I WILL NOT HAVE ANY EXCUSES OR "WONDERS" AS TO WHY ITS NOT WORKING. I ALSO HAVE SPOT HELP SO THAT I CAN GET THAT EXTRA MILE ENDURANCE FOR FUTURE WORKOUTS. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS JUST SOMETHING THAT IS WORKING FROM ME AND SO IM JUST SAYING YOULL FIND SOMETHING SO DONT GET DOWN AND KEEP LIFTING I MEAN YOU CANT BE STUPID OTHER WISE YOU WOULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR HELP.
