Chest pains from a Ketosis Diet????

I recently did a high protein high fat LOW CARB diet for 3 weeks leading into a Ketosis Diet for another week. I started to get chest tightness/pains the other day. Has anyone else have this experience from a LOW to virtually ZERO Carb diet? I just started to add carbs back into my diet but am still not feeling Great.
 
had this when carbs were close to zero as well. go up to 30g carbs (i recommend leafy greens) see if it improves.

this is why i don't do ketosis anymore actually, i don't know if you're body adjusts, but this is the primary reason i don't do ketogenic diets anymore.
 
Thanks for the response. I am glad it is that. I am up to 100 grams a day now, hopefully it will subside in a day or so.
 
Some folks experience angina pain on an atkins diet. Your heart is telling you to stop. Some people can do well on it not me. Read "eat right for your blood type" this book tells you what to eat based on your blood type. Very helpful for me.

This is the worst diet for bodybuilders. You need carbs to lift. I was on a great cycle during my atkins diet and became weaker than I was in high school. Switch to a zone type diet and eat 6 times per day.
 
Thanks guys. I plan on Competing in Oct/Nov and wanted to flatten down as much as I could b4 my Precontest Cycle.
