hmmm if ec fucks the timing up, Would it be a good idea to discern the timing while still at the start of my diet. Beacuase when i diet i start moderatly by just doing some cardio staying ecual on cals then over a period of a month introduce cardio and start to cut down on carbs. And only when im at a sticking point i introduce EC.
So if i determine the timing it takes my leptin in the earlie fases would it still be the same once i progress into the later parts of my diet? I would think my body would react totally diferent then?
