Is there a certain amt of time that you should aim for when doing say treadmill? I always try to go for 2 miles, which takes me about 40 min i think...going at 3 mph which on my treadmill and for me is a brisk walking pace...any faster I would have to jog.
Just want to make sure i'm not wasting my time and getting the full desired effects *maximum fat loss*. I always do it on empty stomach also.
Also does anyone else think that treadmill brands speeds differ? If i go on my moms at 3 mph it's pretty slow, but mine is faster??? Mine is a Spirit, hers is a Keys. Just wondering!
