I wanted to do AM cardio this morning on an empty tummy, but our kids area doesn't open till NINE AM. Ugh. I tried to hold out, but had a protein shake just to hold me over. I am really starvin' this morning. LOL.
So, even though I know it's called "empty stomach" cardio for a reason... did I completely ruin my fat loss by having a protein shake?
