Ok. Maybe a dumb question, but I'm sure many are wondering the same what is the answer.
I'm doing my cardio first thing in the morning in my own home on the threadmil with no shirt on and usually with a fan on for cooling my body and decrease unbearable sweating.
I was wondering: Will heavy clothing like multiple layer t-shirts (which in my case INCREAST sweating like HELL) will actually burn more calories or is this just a misconception that many people think. Dehydration is nothing to worry because I do drink massive amounts of water during the cardio session. Will more sweat cause more water loose? Today was my cheat day and I'm as bloated as hell from those damn carbs. make all abs disappear for a day or two almost completely.
