Cardio Everyday junk food.

ok this is a question that kind of got me thinking. my brother does cardio before breakfast and at night not to lean up or anything but to keep fat levels down. he is curious if he has cheat meal everyday will he get fat even tho he does cardio or naaa?
 
If you consume more calories than your body uses, then you will gain weight. Even if you do cardio. you need to creat a calorie deficit, otherwise it wont work.
 
As viczeva says, excess fat consumption will increase the fat in our body. Even cardio will not help. It is better to eat healthy and follow a proper exercise regimen. You can answer your cravings once in a while but do not cheat diet frequently.

Fat going into your mouth doesn't just automatically turn into fat in your body. You can get fat on a low fat diet, and stay skinny on a high fat diet. Just like eating cholesterol doesn't increase your bodies cholesterol. Even tho both ways of thinking or extremely prevalent in our society. Calories in-calories out is also a myth. It's all in the type of calories you eat.
