can you pop for ephedra on a piss test

Just keep a pill and if you do pop give them the ephedra and tell them you were only taking ephedra. They'll know it's a false positive.
depends on the test. If they're doing a simple panel test, say a state or federal probation urine test, they're most likely going to check for pot, coke, opiates, and the obvious. If its a pre-employment screening, I've heard of a computer guy getting the results of his test showing the creatine he was supplementing...but that's a really specific more expensive test. So, the answer is it depends who's testing you and how much they want to know.

I've had a couple good friends who were doing well in amature BB contests. One guy got a job at a new worksite that does regular drug testing, so he had to go on a total clense. They told him that he can't take ephedrine, because it comes up as a positive in the test, and they cannot distinguish, since people could be smoking meth then just claiming its only from ephedrine when they work nightshifts... then again, maybe they are too cheap and lazy to get a more precise test so they can tell the difference
