I have a question: Is it ok to diet without too many starchy-carbs?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

is it ok and possible to get cut and lose weight on a diet without starchy carbohydrates? My diet has carbohydrates, my carbohydrates sources will be fruits and green vegetables.

Here is my diet and tell me if it's ok to get cut without starchy or with very limited amount of starchy-carbs. (most of my carbs come from green veggies and fruits, my only starchy-carb source will be around 1/2 cup of boiled rice with the lunch)

NOTE: I have slow metabolism so i can't eat a lot like other guys :-p

You can get a balanced diet without eating starchy veg and grains. You just have to make sure you are getting lots of other types of veg. Get a good variety, brocoli, tomatoes, onions, peppers, spinich, etc. Add herbs and spices as they have lots of micronutrients that you may miss otherwise. Eat lots of eggs, meat, fish and nuts.

Make sure you eat solid food at each of your 3 main meals. A shake is not a meal.

You have a slow metabolism because you eat like shit.

I also notice that you keep asking the same questions in multiple threads. This is very confusing.
