i am 5 11
150 pounds 7-8 percent bf
training for 8 years

i used to be 215 pounds but i hurt my back doing squats. i had to take two years off from training as i had a pinched nerve in my back. needless to say i larded up pretty good. after it healed i went on the atkins diet and started training again. i dropped down to 143, but i'm climbing back up. i was on a very restricted diet as i wanted to get real shredded. i was going to do a cycle of tbol 30-40 mg ed for 4 weeks and sust 250 every 4 days for twelve, arimidex .5 ed and nolva on hand and hcg 1000 iu mon wed fri for three weeks along with nolva 20 mg ed for 6 weeks. after the advice from this board i decided to wait until i put on some serious weight (lean weight) naturally. i just wondered if this is a good diet. i have a real problem with carbohydrates, i break out badly when my intake is to high, so i wanted to be able to keep them as low as possible. protein is right at 300 grams a day. also once i bulk up, is this a fairly decent cycle. i'm looking for an extra 20 to 25 pounds from it, hoping to keep at least fifteen.

thanks in advance for the advice bro's

ask mr.x as well he will help you out and is very knowlegable. but so are alot of other guys on ef :)

I'm no expert but that looks terrible. You are getting way too much of your protein from shakes and bars. With tasty chicken and lean steaks as options it should be easy for you to get it correct.

yeah you need more natural sources of protein in there - lean meats and eggs

thanks guys, i try, but ten hour shifts and short coffe breaks just lend itself to shakes and bars, but i will definitly try. your advice is much appreciated.
