Well, my whole family on both sides are short...5'6 and under but my dad is abnormal at 6'1. His mom was 5'6 and his dad 5'4... I do not know where I came from for real...milkman, mailman, paper boy, who knows.... :verygood:
But the 7 aunts and uncles from Ireland are like 80 and look 50-60 so I hope I got that going for me...
( I am more like my father than I will ever care to admit :rolleyes: )

Day 2 ABS -
Incline Crunch - 1 set of 15 reps, 6 TUT then did Stability ball crunches
Stability Ball Crunches - 3 SETS, 15 Reps, 6 TUT
Hypers holding 8 lb DB - 15/12/15, 6 TUT
Hanging Leg Raises - 3 SETS of 15 Reps, just trying to get my legs up...why are these so hard for me?! argh

11:45 A.M. - 3 PureCEE, 1 Glucorell-R, 2 Levorex, 500 mg D-Root, 32 oz water
Meal #1 - Protein Shake
1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine

1:00 P.M. - Diet Pepsi, 24 oz water
