HIIT - 10 Cycles - the HIGH INTENSITY part, run on flat tread 0 Incline for 30 seconds;
on recovery, I bumped to 15 degrees (max incline) for 1 minute

For my reference, My speeds HIIT / Recovery
Cycle #1 & 2 - 10.1 / 3.6
Cycle #3 & 4 – 10.3 / 3.6
Cycle #5 & 6 – 10.4 / 3.6
Cycle #7, 8, 9, 10 – 10.5 / 3.6 - 3.7
***plugged in 125 lbs, 220 cals burned***

9:00 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 3 PureCee
Meal # 1: Protein shake - 1 scoop of ISOPURE, 1-teaspoon glutamine powder
