Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 12 reps
65/12, 65/12, 65/12

Leg Curls - 3 sets of 12 reps
60/12, 60/12, 60/12

Lunges - 3 sets of 12 per leg
10lb DB/12, 12/12, 15/12
----------------------
Squats - 1 set of 20 reps
bar + 30 lbs / 10 reps then I had to drop weight to bar + 20 for last 10


6:15 P.M. – 1 Glucorell-R, multi, 3 PureCEE, 48 oz water

6:30 P.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake - 1 scoop of ISOPURE, 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
Diet Pepsi

then rested...then started over right?

Overall I loved it!

I wish I would have bumped the weights a little more, but I suppose if I did I wouldn't have been able to do any squats. I am a bit disappointed I couldn't do 20 reps (squats) & had to adjust the weight. I'll get it next time though :)

Did you end up doing the w.o.?

I did:
Stiff deads 55/12, then got up and went straight to
Leg Extensions 65/12, then got up and went to
Leg Curls 60/12, then
Lunges 10lb DB/12 each leg
waited two minutes,
then did it all over for 2 more sets... at the very end, Squats

I really enjoyed this workout... I wanted MORE... we'll see after a couple days if that still is the case when I'm walking all funny on the ship :)
