On Empty

Life Fitness Elliptical with Upper Body Motion 8 – 10 min warm up

Weighted Barbell Curl
• 40 lb WBB / 10 reps / 2 second slow release --> Random Pullup … tried another got a ½
• 50 lb WBB / 8 reps / 3 second slow release --> Random Pullup
• 60 lb WBB / 6 reps + 50 lb WBB / last 2 reps

Seated Single Arm Incline DB Curls
• 20 lb DBs / 4 reps each arm alternating + 4 reps together
• 17.5 lb DBs / 10 reps each arm alternating --> Random Pullup
• 17.5 lb DBs / lost count i.e. until failure
• 20 lb DBs / 9 reps together

Standing Cable Bi’s
• 35 lbs each arm / 8 reps / 4 tempo + squeeze --> Random Pullup
• 35 lbs each arm / 10 reps / 4 tempo + squeeze --> Random Pullup
• 40 lbs each arm / 8 reps / 4 tempo + squeeze --> Random Pullup

• One Serving Fat free shredded Cheddar Cheese & Sea Seal
• 1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (slow cooked) with Cinnamon & Splenda)
• 1 medium Granny Smith Apple


9:30 P.M. -
Meal # 4:
• 6 oz Fit N Easy Chicken Grilled Plain for me :D
• 1 Cup Mixed Veggies (Peas, Corn, Carrots, Green Beans) add Sea Salt
• Long @$$ Sweet Potato
