Unassisted chinups - - I can hold both boobs up with 1 hand does that count?

I don't have any place to run stairs, the closest thing is City Hall which has about 20 stairs outside.

I don't have any inclines like your ski resort (loved the dog & bawls story ;) )

The high schools lock their football fields & the bleachers are metal - no access to run them or use the track. :finger:

No hills of any substance that are close. :worried:

I'm so jealous! You have those fabulous stairs & the ski slope :bawling:

• 90 lbs / 8 reps / 2 second hold slow release --> Someone ganked my bench, no Abs this round
• 80 lbs / 8 reps / 3 second hold slow release --> 10 Full Decline Crunches holding 10 lb plate + 5 pulses (unweighted)

Single Arm Tricep Cable Pulldown -
• 30 lbs each arm / 8 reps / 2 second hold slow release --> 10 Full Decline Crunches holding 10 lb plate + 5 pulses (unweighted)
^^ repeat for 4 sets
