I run when it's at level 12 or above (depending on the step mill)... double stepping means two steps at t time, long stride, high knee ups & Glute squeeze... as if you were walking up regular stairs just skipping a step inbetween ... NOT pulling with your arms, just pushing thru your heel with ALL of your leg, glute, calves into play

I got sick last night, no gym last night, none this morning ... then throat issue ... I wanna cry ... but I won't ... and really walked into the flames today at work ... when the going gets tough... dang ...
