11:25 A.M. - Diet Pepsi, 2 sprays each side OxyCalm , Glucorell
*** I have been more mellow & tranquil than normal past 2 days … assuming these are the effects from the Oxy … Sex drive has also slightly increased … I get these weird feelings of wanting to ‘cuddle’ & I’m SO not a cuddler LOL ***

• Bell Peppers gooked in EVOO
• ~1 Cup Cut Green Beans
• ~6 oz Chicken Breast cooked in EVOO, Mrs Dash Chipolte
• 4 oz Sweet Potato (weighed in skin, post cooking, skin not eaten)

Hey Buns, I noticed that you take a digestive enzyme everyday. Do you notice a significant difference with them and if so what are they?? (just my nerdish tendencies coming out)
