20 Minutes of intervals, Not very H.I.

No Incline / Walk 3.0 / 60 seconds
· Ran a few 60 seconds intervals at 5.0 Incline / 5.0 mph
· Every cycle after I increased Incline 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & ran 5.0 for 60 - 90 seconds / 3.0 mph walk with slightly lower incline to get HR back down for ~ 20 Minutes

3:30 P.M. - - ***been on the phone with a client for over an hour phudge am I starving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *** ARGH, thank gawd I enjoy talking to him, but I wanted nothing but to get off that phone :worried: ... Need vacation ... permanent one

Lookin great girl! Great job on pushing through your last four intervals ;) I know it sucks during the push, but doesn't it feel awesome once you are finished? Sort of like an adrenaline rush!

That is pretty interesting about you steady weight... ;)

Yes it sure does :) I actually had to stop myself and say NO MORE that was enough ... and I DID bust my @$$ dripping sweat etc.

The weight is same time every day (I weigh) after emptying bladder (prolly 2-3 times during the night) as well. :)

I honestly don't know. I look pretty different now, (as well as my habits have changed), compared to 03-04-05 til current.

I think I wake Mr. IP up mulitiple times throughout the night, having to empty my bladder. He LOVES it though, he just won't admit it! :evil:
