Yes Mr. George Spellwin has been making some changes, site has been on & off for the last 2-3 days now I think ... How many times can I hit re-fresh?? :)

I had a great workout this morning, talked to my old TP which was a good thing :), got my nails done, pedicure and going to get spray tanned around 5 ish.

I have busted my ass yesterday and will today to account for my dinner & other festivities tonight ... Next week I think I will be starting a new routine that's in the works now.

Due to scheduling conflicts we got there an hour & a half early so talked and had a few drinks at the bar, standing lol, way too packed ... (2 for IP & Nelms :) ) - 2 Kettle One Rocks with Lime, TINY splash of tonic.

Mr. B is fighting another bug or something so he felt like crap the whole night, which would account for us not going out to a bar afterward = good thing :martini: ...

Funny old married guys at the bar hitting on everything that moved; one kept saying he was afraid Mr. B was going to knock him out ... After telling him he was OBVIOUSLY not a threat to my honey, of course laughing with a smile got my drinks & the look on Mr. B's face was that of a hardass b/c he felt sick LOL ... he's at least 6'4, & me with my boots over 6' so pretty commanding looking couple ... - Mr. B commented dood needed to relax, just like his hair (it was hilarious at the time), so the oldies moved on to the next 10+ women who walked by ... Ahhh reminds me of the good ole days when I bartended with many men like him as customers ... & would happily take all their money.


Finally got to sit at one of the surrounding bar tables my neighbor & a PT from my old gym were dining at; they didn't want to wait 2 hours 45 min to be seated LOL. So they saved the table for us, we sit down, two minutes later we get our table ... go figure :)

Got to the booth I requested :D
* 2 slices of the pumpernickel & onion Bread with the provided butter
* Small Wildfire Caesar -- Split b/w 3 of us and still some left in the bowl :)
* 2 Glasses of Sterling Cabernet
* ~ 8 oz Blue Cheese Crusted Filet - Broiled with a blue cheese crust
* Steamed Broccoli with Herb Butter
* NOT ENOUGH WATER

No dessert :(

Fit day cannot be accurate in the calorie estimates for these foods and I couldn’t find any nutritional info anywhere … so given the cals eaten & expended thr out the day, I roughly still have a 481 calorie deficit which I am VERY happy with. As long as I broke even I didn't care so mission accomplished ... To avoid any future temptation of the desserts, I advised them NOT to even think about bringing the D. Tray by :)

Only beef was I did make sure with 3 people that they do something special for My bro and his fiance, like a piece of cake or scoop of icecream with a single candle for them to blow out together ... but they forgot it. The guys at the front looked surprised when I told them dinner was fantastic but you forgot the most important part ... I don't enjoy making people feel bad, but after one specifically told me he would throw in a little something extra since we had to wait longer for out table, and then there was absolutely nothing brought on/done/said etc., the looks on their face as we were leaving appeased my brief disappointment ... The dinner was too good to let anything ruin it :D
