When I got home yelled at Mr.B for drinking my last regular PWO shake & settled for the 'Rich Dark Chocolate' (blech … takes like rotten liquid Hershey Syrup going down my throat … I will not be buying any more of this flavor for my emergency shake if I can help it … I called to apologize b/c of course he didn’t know the difference b/w the two … crabby BOOTS on today )

Oh, MAN!!! I know how you feel about the MYOPLEX shake. Those things taste like SHIT!!!! I'll NEVER buy that crap again. I tried to mix my glut & creatine in it and let's just say the results were less than stellar! lol
