I was sitting in my office with all the lights off yesterday, popping Exced. Migraine, which, for me, really does work & hit in 10 minutes.

RELIEF!

I'm taking a week or 2 off from all thermo's so my Diet Pespi is the only thing that keeps me going & wakes me up. Surprising, my skin has NEVER looked better either LOL. Go figure

^^ to clarify, all stimulatory thermo's ... I'll still be taken Levorex because it's a great supplement period :)

How do you know the % of fat burned??

Or is that based on a formula for RPE??

gotcha...so it uses the intensity rate and gives a number....it doesnt take into account meal timing etc.

Nope, not that I know of. Also doesn't take into account the help of certain supps, which I assume is covered under the "etc" ...

:) Wonder how much that one would cost :D
