Story time...
At the gym the other day, one of the trainers, One I acutally think is a nice person, was talking to Mr. B. So I walk over and I'm like "SO whatcha talking about?"

Mr. B "Oh just how he disagrees with your approach to dieting" i.e. more Protein than carbs etc. :D
Which is totally fine... everyone method is person specific, etc what have you... the thing that got me was he looked at me like I was speaking alien when I was talking about women's Test levels...

LOL

i.e. He thought women do not produce any test at all what so ever, that is a male hormone...etc

I'm like Google it and read up buddy :)

Silly :D

:lmao:

Silly silly boys......... :rainbow:

“… comparing life’s ups and downs to the changing of the seasons. No season lasts forever because all of life is a cycle of planting, reaping, resting, and renewal. Winter is not infinite: even if you’re having challenges today, you can never give up on the coming of spring. For some people, winter means hibernation; for others, it means bobsledding and downhill skiing! You can always just wait out the season, but why not make it into a time to remember?”

Wow! You drink so much water. If I did that I would float away. :FRlol: I thought I was doing good by drinking just 3 liters a day.

I DO!!! :jarswim:

:D

It's even more on a cheat/reward day too, also with meals containing higher sodium than usual (i.e. if I dine out for a mexican or chinese esp. )

Aww thank you very much for the compliment but everyone knows it's not from the water :)

I drink more than the norm for many reasons (particularly related to my personal health & kidney issues) but I CANNOT TELL YOU how many times 'wannabe doctors' tell me that I'm going to
- drown myself,
- I'm overhydrating and
- I should worry about Hyponatremia ( low blood sodium)

By wannabe I mean, those yo-yo dieters, "I can't lift heavy I don't want to get bulky", "whoa I can't eat that too many carbs", "You're eating again?" type of people, etc.

So I find it easier to share knowledge and leave it to them to accept it, reject it or learn about it. ;)
