I buy the liter bottles of Evian or Dasani, but then when they're empty I fill them back up with RO water (we have one installed at home). I can't imagine drinking tap water anymore either. Well, I've almost go a liter down today. Well see how it goes. You know the old saying.....More water in, more water out! Keep on chuggin'! :drink2:

In the beginning days of my project, I remember I pounded too much water, obviously my body wasn't use to it just yet... I seriously was 10-11 lbs heavier and bloated and I PM'd Vel like "OMFG what happened..." proceeded to freak out...
Bet you were thinking something was seriously wrong!!!! lol

Meal # 1:
- 4 Whole Eggs - Ran out of Egg Beaters
- One serving Fat free shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal with cinnamon, Stevia Plus / Splenda
- Italian Herb Blend Pepper Grinder

10:15 A.M. – Glucorell-R, D-Root, Digestive Enzymes

10:30 A.M. –
Meal # 2:
- 6 oz boneless skinless Fresh Chicken (grilled PLAIN)
- 2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets Steamed in micro

--Water Intake will be about 4 Liters by the end of M2--


11:30 A.M. – 1 Liter water, Levorex

1:00 P.M. Glucorell-R

1:45 P.M. – 1 Liter water

D-Root, Digestive Enzymes, 2 ALCAR, 2 Neurogenex, 2 Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM, 2 TYR-2, 2 Sesamax, 1 Psyllium Husk w/ Acidophilus, Vitamin B6 (capsule), 2 T-Rex


Meal # 3:
- Spinach & Romaine Salad
- Fat free Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 6 oz boneless skinless Fresh Chicken (see meal 3 for details)
- 2-4 Pieces Ryvita Crispbread (depending on how hungry I am)
- 4 Slices Strawberries
- 2 Handfuls (~ 20 – 30) Blueberries

o Single Leg-Leg Press – Sled + 20 reps each leg X 3

o Abductor - 70 lbs / 30 reps, 110 lbs / 20 reps, 110 lbs / 20 reps

o Adductor – 90 lbs / 20 reps, 110 lbs / 20 reps, 130 lbs / 7 reps, 110 lbs / 5 reps

o Single Leg-Leg Extension - 20 lbs each leg / 12-15 reps X 3

Calves

o FM Sitting Calves – 120 lbs / 30 reps, 140 lbs/ 20 reps, 160 lbs / 15 reps

o Single Leg Smith Raises (Cable ) – Bar + 20 reps toes forward, Bar + 20 reps toes out, Bar + 20 reps toes in

o Walking Calf Raises
- carrying 25 lb plates in each hand , walk to stairs – approx 25-30 steps
- Walk up stairs on toes carrying the plates 25-30 reps total X 3
- Walk down the stairs on toes w/ raise carrying the plates 25-30 reps total X 3
- carrying 25 lb plates in each hand , walk back to rack – approx 25-30 steps

* Stability Ball Crunches - 20 reps X 4 (2-4 sec hold on top)
* Full Circle Planks - one minutes each = Front, L Side, Back, R Side
* Bicycles & Scissor Kicks w/ upper body motion - super sets for 30 seconds each X 4
* Decline Leg Raises - 12 reps X 4

Story time...
At the gym the other day, one of the trainers, One I acutally think is a nice person, was talking to Mr. B. So I walk over and I'm like "SO whatcha talking about?"

Mr. B "Oh just how he disagrees with your approach to dieting" i.e. more Protein than carbs etc. :D
Which is totally fine... everyone method is person specific, etc what have you... the thing that got me was he looked at me like I was speaking alien when I was talking about women's Test levels...

LOL

i.e. He thought women do not produce any test at all what so ever, that is a male hormone...etc

I'm like Google it and read up buddy :)
