There is no reason to doubt your self-control, you have it it’s there, you know this…. I cannot wait until I do not have to see ANY type of JUNK food in my house, a can of beer, a butt of a cigarette, breathe in (NOT BY CHOICE) that nasty pollutant that will eventually be the death of someone who I love more than myself… Right now if the mortgage lady told me my monthly payment would be $2500 I’d take it JUST to remove myself from the MANY negative things I no longer choose to ‘deal with’ on a daily basis… Saturday cannot come soon enough, but until then, I will feel better when I hit the gym and fall in love with my muscles all over again.***
