Forgot to tell you...some dood at the gym was heading downstairs with his trainer (training sessions not really doing anything for him btw) and motioned to me "You coming down to lift today?"

I said "Of course, let me go get my pink DB's and I'll be right there..."


When I proceeded to Flat bench 30's (warm up), he had to up his weight to 35's and struggle.

My TP had to remind me I'm not 'lifting heavy' so to put the 45's down... the look on the dood's face was priceless though... :p

Ha - l love it Bunny. The other day I was doing DB Presses with 35's and the guy sitting next to me just stared with his jaw on the floor. He told me he'd never seen a woman press that much and that some men can't even do it. So, I of course picked up the 40's and did another set of 10. Never heard another peep out of him... :)
