Meal # 1:

• 7 egg whites, 1 Yolk
• Added to Eggs - Diced tomatoes, broccoli florets, Fresh ground peppercorn variety, Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy & ¼ cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (slow Cooked) with cinnamon & Splenda

10:10 A.M. – 24 oz water, SoBe Lean Diet Green Tea

5:30 P.M. – Not sure if I took Glucorell-R because I knew I would be consuming wine…

6:00 – 7:00 P.M.

My Bunny made me dinn dinn, with yummy wine and dessert… My 24 hour Free for all Began after this meal… :chomp:

• Whole Grain Bread (40 cals a slice and least processed of them all, 5 g fiber / serving , forget the brand)

Instead of ‘running’ errands, I ended up ‘walking’ to everywhere I needed to go; I’m guessing total time spent walking 2 ½ hours? Bought Heart Rate monitor, cannot wait to use it to see just how inaccurate the machines at the gym are (referring to some people I know who take those #’s VERY seriously, and NOT for tracking purposes…)
