5 minutes, Full Incline (10), 15 Resistance
Every 2 minutes thereafter, I increased the resistance by 5 until I reached 100 Resistance ~ total time 39 minutes

5 minutes, Full Incline (10), 35 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 60 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 35 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 65 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 35 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 70 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 35 Resistance
60 Seconds, Full Incline (10), 75 Resistance
Intervals in the end got choppy, as people stopped by to chat asking "Where have you been?" LOL
Intervals @ Full Incline (10), 80 Resistance & down to 35 Resistance for approx a minute or two each
Intervals @ Full Incline (10), 85 Resistance approx three ish minutes...Up to 100 Resistance to finish off the time left ~ 21 minutes

5 Sets for 60 Sec each, 60 sec rest in b/w sets

Bicycle with Upper body motion, 5 Sets for 60 Sec
Lying Leg Scissors, 5 Sets for 60 Sec abs

11:45 A.M. – 3 Glucorell-R, 24 oz water

12:00 P.M. – 2 TYR-2, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, 2 digestive enzymes, 24 oz water

Meal # 1 : Protein Shake
- 1.5 Scoops ISO AGB
- ½ Banana
- 3 Raspberries
- 1 large Strawberry
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- 2 tsp enerG Glutamine

12:20 P.M. - 4 Synephrine

P.S. I am starting to notice more guys at the gym who NEED... to work out... the legs...and also have no calves... :rolleyes:

most dude have chicken legs!!! they spend all there time on there upper body... but I think I may have the same problem heehee

Oh dayyuum... I think we've laughed about that before now that I think of it...;) That would annoy the heck outta me...I hate to pick one specific quality (physical one esp.) that I love about my BF but he's got some fantastic calves :heart:

Worst thing is he REFUSES to train them. I have a feeling my arm is bigger than his calve :worried:
