- 1 Cup Egg Beaters
- 4 Packets Splenda & Cinnamon for Oats
- 1/4 Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for Eggs


11:20 A.M. - Been 'Studying' all morning...looking to get to the gym after M2 hopefully for Arms & abs
