*No A.M. w/o... hammies are mush & had things to take care of, should be an interesting day*

7:30 A.M. – 3 Glucorell, PSEVEN

7:50 A.M. - 2 TYR-2, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC, digestive enzyme, ALCAR
- 24 oz water

8:05 A.M.

Meal # 1 :
- ½ Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Not Instant) cooked in 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Egg Beaters
- 3 Packets Splenda & Cinnamon for Oats
- 1/4 Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for Eggs

8:45 A.M. – 24 oz water, Can of Diet 7UP

- 3 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken (Same as yesterday)
- ¼ cup almonds
- 1 ¼ cup Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Henri’s FF Italian Dressing
- 24 oz water

As weird as this may seem, my body allows me to FAT load very well...I will not get into details or complain (as it may annoy some people) but I am logging this as a reference/reminder that starting Monday/Tuesday my diet needs to be FREE of the ANPB for about 4 weeks...

LOL I tell ya... my body is LOVING this stuff... I fat loaded before ATL and Shadow will be the first to tell you fat loading just works for me...

Anyway, it needs to be OUT of my DIET Period... well, for at least 4 weeks
