Hi dollface

Do you find if you down the water (after the T-rex, CB & L) that that feeling in your tummy goes away? I am nervous to do so…..I’m scared more water in = more to….you get the pic.

With all 3 supps, my stomach feels really squirrelish!
Hey gurl

I addressed my personal take on 'more water' in HH's log a little, because these particular supps (CB & T-Rex) required increased water intake to begin with.

I am pretty confident to say that you are only feeling the 'squirrelish' stomach due to the T-Rex and the ingredients relating to the appetite suppression (that was left out of CB).

More specifically, your stomach needs that enzyme occupied (the enzyme that is trying to expel the synephrine/yohimbine) and water typically will NOT do that...so water is not likely the remedy.

You really only have two choices...(1) Stay with it and ride it out until your stomach adapts to it or (2) put some food in there (i.e. 1/2 banana) until your body adjusts (if it ever does)

Hope this helps :)

Waking Body Temp N/A

9:40 A.M.
- 2 Cardio Breeze, 48 oz water, 1 T-Rex, 4 Levorex

***Notes to Self***
~ Although I get up usually 3-4 times during the night (:jarswim: 2-3 gallons of water) I slept like a rock the past few nights. Since Wed., I pushed the last dose of Levorex back to taking it right before bed. Also, the PSEVEN calming effects and potenital lethargy may or may not be a cause, as it's been more difficult to get out of bed and get motivated the last 3 days specifically. Thank the lawd (AF) for the CB & T-Rex on my window sill...which reminds me, right about now I need to pound another bottle or two of water so I don't hurl

Have a great weekend Everyone! :rose: :D

I always notice that you aren't here sweetie! Thank god for IM!

I *LOVE* old people like that! After I did my first BB show & saw there were categories of men's Over 80 & Over 70 and women's Over 70, I decided that when I"m 90 I plan to be riding a big fat custom-designed, custom-detailed Harley, wearing leathers & listening to classic KISS music. I may also get my leather vest hand-tooled to read "If you can read this, the old fart fell off!"

These are the people who have a zest for life that some people can't achieve in their prime. I intend to enjoy my life to my last moment, keep my regrets to no more than the 2 I have right now and hope to let my love for this existence leak out to the people around me. (Even if I need to work on getting my appreciation for it even now, just a little more appreciative... *note to self, SMILE MORE BITCH!*)

You are such an inspiration sweetie and such an incredible reminder that life is precious and dont' waste it!

BOING BOING BOING!
