How's the P Seven doing for you?
As a matter of fact...actually, wishing the calming affect would kick in full force right about NOW....

ARGH!
- - - - - - -
With that in mind...

*I am calmer than I should be right now with the work stresses and the overall general CRAPPY day I am having. I cannot specifically pinpoint the main cause the emotional ups and downs over the past week or so, as I am trying to adjust to a few factors I’ve changed recently in my diet/training/life/etc. However, I have noticed, more often than not, since I’ve started using PSEVEN (and my BF has even brought it to my attention) I am much more relaxed, happy, smiling, & patient this past week, esp here at work, where I should be pulling my hair out. Lets update in about a week…

Yes it is :)

Honestly, I'm trying to give an impartial review considering all the factors that play a role in my life right now that can affect my ‘tenuous’ emotional status, but I must give it “2 thumbs up” for me …

Hmm, you know what sweets, I think you would benefit from at least trying it. If I had enough, I would send you some to try, no doubt. You and I can relate with the work/sanity issues... something to consider :rose:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Hey lady! Emotional ups and downs I can totally relate too. I have been more even tempered since I cut out all my fat loss stuff (Yohimburn, Hydroxycut, Levorex). I actually have been needing less sleep. I was tired after 8-9 hours, now I am good with only 6 hours. I'm not sure if there is a relationship between those drugs and emotional imbalances. I guess I'll see when I add them in down the road. With everything you have been through since Jan. I'm sure it's a key player. Since I started training in Jan I totally lost my period. I go to the doctor tomorrow.
Well take care. Any competitions or meets up coming up that I should plan for??? I still can't believe I had school during Sassy's competition. I really wanted to go. Take Care!
